SMS Terms & Consent Policy
This policy applies only to text messages sent by SMMCARE using its business phone number for people who specifically request a demo, appointment or customer-service follow-up. SMMCARE does not sell SMS campaign software as part of the AI Employees product.
Opt-in method
Visitors may optionally check the SMS consent box on our contact form when providing a mobile number. Consent is not required to buy or use SMMCARE.
Message types
Demo scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, requested sales follow-up and customer-service updates.
Frequency & costs
Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected] or call +1-307-288-6655.
Data use
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only for the requested SMMCARE communication. We do not sell or share SMS consent for third-party marketing.
Consent records
SMMCARE records the consent disclosure and time submitted so proof of opt-in can be maintained when required by messaging providers or carriers.

This public policy supports transparency for SMMCARE's business messaging registration and carrier/provider review. Approval remains subject to Zoom and carrier requirements.
