Refund Policy

SMMCARE plans may include a 7-day trial as displayed at signup. Customers can cancel before conversion to a paid subscription according to the checkout or billing terms shown at purchase.

Subscription billing and card details are intended to be handled by Stripe or another configured payment processor. SMMCARE administrators do not require access to complete card numbers.

Refund eligibility for a paid charge is reviewed based on the selected plan, usage, timing and applicable terms. Contact [email protected] for billing questions.
