This SMS Consent Policy explains how SMMCARE may collect and use mobile telephone numbers for requested communications, account security and operational alerts.

Consent collection

SMMCARE collects SMS consent only when a person or business provides a mobile number and affirmatively agrees to receive messages. Consent may be collected through a contact form, demo form, account configuration screen or customer workflow setup window.

A2P 10DLC operational standards

SMMCARE aims to follow A2P 10DLC and carrier messaging standards, including clear opt-in language, consent records, business identification, compliant message content and opt-out handling.

Permitted message types

Messages may include requested demo scheduling, appointment reminders, account security verification, two-factor authentication, customer-service updates or critical pipeline interruption alerts. SMS data is used only for the requested SMMCARE communication and platform operations.

STOP and HELP

No third-party resale

SMMCARE does not sell SMS consent lists or share SMS consent for unrelated third-party marketing.
