Terms of Service

Service

SMMCARE provides AI Employee software and private workspace tools for digital enquiry handling, CRM organization, booking guidance, review workflows and support triage. Features requiring third-party connections operate only after appropriate setup and availability.

Trials and subscriptions

Eligible self-serve plans may offer a 7-day trial through Stripe when configured. Unless cancelled through the applicable billing workflow, a subscription may continue as a paid recurring service at the selected plan price.

Billing changes and cancellation

Checkout, payment method updates, invoices, plan changes and cancellation are intended to be managed through Stripe-supported workflows. Access and plan limits may change after cancellation, failed payment, expiration or downgrade.

AI output and human review

AI output may be incomplete or unsuitable in some circumstances. Customers remain responsible for their business communications, offers, regulatory requirements and review of important messages. SMMCARE does not guarantee sales, appointments or revenue increases.

Customer-owned channels

Customers are responsible for their connected websites, calendars, messaging/email accounts, review profiles, consent requirements, provider permissions and any charges imposed by third-party services.

Acceptable use

Spam, unlawful messaging, deceptive practices, harmful content, unauthorized credential use, privacy violations and attempts to misuse the platform are prohibited.

Support and suspension

Routine support may receive AI assistance. Sensitive issues may be escalated to human support. SMMCARE may restrict or suspend access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk or legal compliance needs.
