SMMCARE LLC provides AI Employee software for small businesses and professional service providers. This policy describes how information is handled through our public website and private customer workspaces.
Information collected
We may collect account identity and login information, business profile and branding details, contact enquiries sent to SMMCARE, customer-workspace CRM records, bookings, review workflow data, support tickets, AI usage events and integration setup information.
Website chatbot and enquiries
When a visitor contacts SMMCARE through our website chatbot or contact form, we may process the message and contact information to respond, arrange a requested demo and manage the enquiry in SMMCARE's own sales CRM.
Customer workspaces
Subscribers receive private workspaces. Operational data such as their leads, bookings, reviews and tickets is associated with their workspace identity. Authorized support access may be used for assistance and should be time-limited and audited.
AI processing
When an eligible AI feature is used, relevant message content and instructions may be processed by our configured AI service provider to create draft responses, detect intent or support workflows. AI output may require human review.
Customer-owned integrations
Customers may connect business channels such as a website form, booking calendar, business email or other supported services. Stored credentials are intended to be encrypted server-side when configured; customers remain responsible for permissions and platform obligations.
Payments
Stripe is intended to process checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscription changes and billing portal functions. SMMCARE does not need to store full payment card numbers in its admin panel.
SMS consent
If you voluntarily select the optional SMS consent box, SMMCARE may store your mobile number, consent record and message context to send requested demo, appointment or customer-service communications. Consent is not required to purchase and is not shared for third-party marketing.
Retention and requests
Data may be retained as needed for account operations, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention and business records. You may request privacy assistance, correction or deletion review through [email protected].
