SMMCARE refund and cancellation policy for monthly subscriptions, annual plans, trials and enterprise AI pilot agreements.

This Refund Policy explains how SMMCARE handles subscription cancellations, trials, setup work and enterprise pilot agreements.

Trials

Where a free or discounted trial is offered, the trial terms shown at signup control the start date, conversion date and billing requirements. Customers should cancel before the trial converts if they do not want to continue.

Standard monthly subscriptions

For standard self-service monthly tiers, cancellations stop future renewal. SMMCARE does not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law or separately approved in writing.

Annual and prepaid subscriptions

Annual or prepaid subscriptions may include discounted pricing. Refund eligibility depends on the written order terms, usage, setup status and applicable law.

Enterprise AI pilot agreements

Enterprise pilots, custom setup, migration, onboarding and managed implementation work may follow a separate cancellation timeline. Any custom refund or exit timeline must be written in the applicable order, statement of work or pilot agreement.
