Privacy Policy

SMMCARE privacy policy covering workspace data, AI processing, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, retention, deletion and customer data protection.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 2026

SMMCARE LLC provides AI Employees, CRM, inbox, booking, review, support and automation tools for business customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and delete information across the SMMCARE website, dashboard and connected customer workspaces.

Data we collect

We may collect account profile details, business workspace information, billing status, product usage logs, support messages, website enquiry payloads, CRM records, booking context, review workflow records and integration metadata. We collect only what is needed to operate the subscribed service, secure the account, deliver support, process billing and improve platform reliability.

Customer workspace data

Customer workspace data belongs to the business customer. This may include leads, contact details, conversation context, support tickets, internal notes, calendar/booking links, channel settings and automation logs. SMMCARE uses this information only to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, enforce security, and support the customer account.

AI and LLM processing

When AI workflows are enabled, selected business context and user-submitted messages may be processed by configured AI providers to generate drafts, triage requests, classify intent or support workflow execution. Customer data is not used by SMMCARE to train public or global foundation models. Customers remain responsible for configuring what information is sent into connected AI workflows.

GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and regional privacy rights

For customers and users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or California, SMMCARE supports rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information where applicable. Business customers may submit privacy requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify the requesting party and confirm whether SMMCARE acts as controller, processor, service provider or vendor for the relevant data.

How we protect information

We use role-based access, encrypted transport, secure authentication, operational logging, restricted admin access and payment processors such as Stripe to reduce risk. Sensitive secrets and credentials should never be shared in support tickets or public forms unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Data retention and deletion

Workspace records are retained for as long as the customer account is active or as required for billing, security, legal and audit reasons. Customers may request deletion or export of eligible workspace records. Deletion may not immediately remove backup, audit or legally required records, but access to production records can be restricted as part of account closure.

Third-party processors

SMMCARE may use infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, authentication, AI, payment and communications providers to operate the service. These providers process information only for platform operations, customer support, security, billing, analytics or requested integrations.
